Mullan Rerserve Apartments

The design theme for this complex is “Old West” ranch, which SPVV incorporated in the planting design by selecting native, drought-tolerant vegetation with lighter textures, such as ornamental grasses, willows, sage, and native grass with wildflowers. Dry creek beds throughout the landscape provide drainage as well as visual interest. Community gardens with galvanized steel planting troughs give residents spaces to plant their own vegetables and flowers throughout the complex. Patio spaces throughout the site provide comfortable seating gathering areas for barbecuing, with a centrally-located playground for kids of all ages to play.
