Whisky Respite         

The Glengoyne Distillery, north of Glasgow, at one time used this pond as the water supply for the creation of their excellent whisky.  These days, they use a larger reservoir, with this little pond remaining near the original distillery, a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy a dram. They’ve been crafting since 1833, and they have some wonderful offerings. The 18-year is particularly nice.
